Re. Coffee is a community coffee shop located in Dalian, China, where every cup provides an opportunity to restart—reignite your day, refocus your mind, and rediscover joy. Embracing local charm and a non-commercial spirit, Re. Coffee invites people to unwind, recharge, and find fresh inspiration in a cozy, playful atmosphere.
The name "Re" reflects the brand's core values: Refresh, Reconnect, Reimagine. It's not just about coffee — it's about creating a moment to pause, reconnect with yourself, and rediscover creativity in everyday life.

Inspired by the brand’s spirit, the logo centers around the simple yet powerful letters “Re”, symbolizing the idea of restarting, reconnecting, and reigniting inspiration. During the early design phase, we explored a more commercial, structured approach, focusing on clarity, legibility, and adaptability across different applications.
However, as the project evolved, it became clear that Re. Coffee needed more than just a professional identity — it needed personality, warmth, and a human touch. The final logo introduces a more playful, character-driven letter design, blending subtle curves and expressive details to convey friendliness, approachability, and the creative energy of the brand.
This approach strikes a balance between functionality and emotional connection, making the logo both versatile and memorable — perfectly aligned with Re. Coffee’s vision of being a welcoming, local space to recharge and reconnect.
